The most important things that we EVER say to ourselves come after these sentances above. The Sub Conscious mind runs the body and never sleeps. It is always listening. Please read below for how to achieve this.
Remember to say I LOVE MYSELF and I AM PERFECT JUST THE WAY I AM inbetween each sentence.

Remember we need to create good habits in our minds and this takes doing something for 30-40 days straight. If you miss a day you have to start again. So do this at least five times every day in the mirror, but on the other occasions you can do it in your head, whilst in the gym, in bed, driving anywhere. Make it a game. Repeat as many great things about yourself as you can think of. Let’s keep those thousands of thoughts - great thoughts. At first you may come across ones that you struggle to believe whilst saying them, if so then do them more often, in front of a mirror looking into your eyes, until they feel easy and you believe them. This is my favourite exercise for learning to love, respect and accept yourself. I have found it enormously helpful for my clients and students and I believe that it is extremely powerful. Give it a go. You don’t have to believe in this – just Do It !
